ROR stands for Residual Oil Remover. Unlike other lens cleaners, ROR is designed to emulsify and remove the microscopic film of oil on the surface caused by environmental contaminants. When you clean an optical surface with ROR, you will notice a measurable difference in brightness and clarity. Because ROR removes microscopic oil residue, dust has nothing to adhere to, so the surface stays cleaner longer.
