Prices
Prices are in Euro and include VAT where applicable.
For non-EU customers 20% VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Payment
Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, bank transfer, and other common local payment methods depending on the country you reside in.
All credit and debit card transactions are processed using secure online payment systems provided by Mollie, one of the largest online payment service providers in Europe.
If ordering from outside the Euro zone, your payment provider may charge for currency conversion to Euro.
Shipping in the EU
Orders are dispatched when complete, normally on the same day or the next working day.
Deliveries in the EU usually arrive in 1-3 working days.
The shipping cost is typically €5 to €14 depending on your location.
Global Shipping
Orders are dispatched when complete. We may require an additional 1-2 days to prepare an item for dispatch to non-EU locations.
Deliveries via Courier to locations outside the EU usually arrive in 2-5 working days.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Orders delivered to non-EU addresses will be subject to import duties and taxes when the package reaches your country. Houdini Telescopes is not responsible for these charges, and we cannot predict what they might be, so we recommend you contact your local Customs office for further information.
Delivery
The packages and contents should be inspected as soon as possible after delivery.
If the packaging is visibly damaged on the outside upon delivery, acceptance should be refused with a corresponding notice to the delivery agent (please record the name of the delivery agent).
If any damages or wrong deliveries are ascertained only after opening the packaging, please contact us before returning the product. If your complaint is justified and reported in a reasonable time, we will endeavor to replace damaged goods as soon as possible.
Returns and Cancellation
You can revoke the purchase within 14 days, without stating reasons. Revocation is effective when provided in writing (e.g. e-mail) or, if you have already received the ordered items, by returning the goods. We will then exchange, replace or refund at your request, subject to the following conditions:
- You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.
- Goods must be returned with all accessories, instructions, etc. and must be suitably packed.
- Proof of purchase must be supplied.
- If an item is returned incomplete or not in good condition, we will decline to refund or reduce the amount refunded enough to reflect a lower resale value.
- If you decline to accept delivery of an order dispatched to you, we will reduce the amount refunded enough to reflect the cost of recovering the package.
Where a warranty return or complaint is justified, we will arrange collection. Otherwise, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Warranty
Items are covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Personal Information
We will only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes or, if necessary when handling warranty claims. We do not sell, rent or loan customer email addresses or contact details to any other party.
